Why the wealthiest CEOs I know all do this ONE thing...

Why the wealthiest CEOs I know all do this ONE thing...

I want to mix things up a bit today.

Let's talk about "the hustle".

If you're anything like most entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners I know, you've built your success on discipline and grit.

You're the first one in, last one out… you push through when others quit… you've mastered the art of "figure it out."

Yet the uncomfortable truth for all of us is:

You can't out hustle your bloodwork.

So if something has felt off in your life…

The mental clarity isn’t there…

The afternoon energy crashes are getting worse…

The creative spark that built your business is flickering…

The decision-making confidence that once defined you feels... diminished.

These aren’t motivation problems. They're biochemistry problems.

When I first noticed this pattern, I was skeptical. Surely success was simply about pushing harder, optimizing better, finding the right strategy.

The science is undeniable.

If your testosterone is depleted…

If your cortisol is chronically elevated…

If your fasting insulin is creeping up…

If your inflammatory markers are silently rising...

You can "optimize" your calendar, your team, and your business model all day long – and still never perform at your peak again.

This isn't theoretical.

The research is clear: Your brain is profoundly influenced by your biochemistry.

The neurotransmitters, hormones, and cellular energy systems that power your thinking are directly affected by specific biomarkers in your blood.

When these markers are suboptimal (even while being "normal" according to standard ranges), your cognitive function suffers.

I’m sure you can think of some part of your professional or personal performance that isn’t what it used to be.

It’s not your fault – because the odds are that it’s down to something happening in your blood.

Here's what makes this so insidious:

Standard blood panels won't catch these issues until they become clinical problems. The reference ranges are designed to identify disease, not optimize performance.

You can be "normal" according to conventional medicine and still be operating far below your cognitive potential.

I've spent the last 15 years helping entrepreneurs leverage books to position themselves as authorities.

And the brutal truth is the best positioning strategy falls flat if your biochemistry is working against you.

That's why I've recently partnered with Mauro Stara, founder of 6PackCEO, to offer something specifically designed for high-performers like you.

It's called a Bloodwork Intelligence Report, and unlike standard panels, it analyzes your biomarkers specifically for cognitive optimization and peak performance.

I'll tell you more about it later this week, but for now, I'm curious:

Have you ever felt like you were doing everything "right" but still not performing at your peak?

P.S. In my next post, I'm going to reveal what I call "The Invisible Advantage" – that top-performing CEOs are doing to maintain their mental edge while their competitors burn out.

It's the closest thing to a "biological cheat code" for business performance I've ever seen.

And the best part?

Most people have never even heard of these markers, let alone had them tested.
